Hello. I accidentally forgot to cancel my free Adobe Premium subscription for the first 7 days. I saw that a refund is available within the first two weeks, and I'm within the deadline, but I don't know if I should proceed in any way. Could you please tell me the procedure here to obtain a refund?

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within first 14 days. You can cancel your plan following the steps in this article: https://adobe.ly/4mGzYzU

Once cancelled, the refund will be initiated. It usually takes 12-14 business days for the refund to process.
