Buenas tardes

Se ha renovado mi suscripción anual sin previo aviso y no he podido cancelar a tiempo. Acaba de aparecer el pago en mi cuenta y he cancelado pero me gustaria solicitar un reembolso ¿como lo hago? no consigo contactar con nadie

a reminder email is sent about one month before renewal, but it's a good idea to set your own reminder, about 1 week before renewal especially if you want to cancel.
