Solicité ayuda a soporte técnico para la cancelación de la compra anual y el reembolso de la misma, solo me ayudaron con la cancelación Y cerraron el caso, cómo puedo hacer para solicitar el reembolso?

    Did you cancel in no more than 14 days from the start of the trial?

     

    When you cancel after 14 days there is no refund
