Reembolso de cobro, mas de 10 dias habiles y aun no reembolsan.

Hola, Buen dia. como podria solicitar el reembolso de los cobros de las versiones de prueba?... han pasado mas de 10 dias habiles y aun no me han reembolsado el dinero, trate de cancelar la version de prueba y no me dejo hasta que hicieron el cargo. Saludos.
