Reembolso de dinero

Olvide cancelar la prueba gratuita y se hizo el cobro. Para lo cual solicité el reembolso, reembolso el cual aún no recibo, ya han pasado 21 días desde que cancele la suscripción, cabe aclarar que la cancelación se hizo el mismo día que me cobraron(27 de enero 2024) espero su ayuda.

An unforeseen event happened the day I had to cancel the free trial, in response to your other question I canceled it on the eighth day.
Additionally, I have no pending payments since I currently have a subscription to Adobe Photoshop.
I'm worried that they haven't refunded my money since I canceled before the first 14 days.

the 8th day is on-time.  check your account to see if a refund is being processed- https-//account.adobe.com
