Reembolso imposible de solicitar

Estoy intentando solicitar un reembolso pero el bot nunca me deja comunicarme con un agente. Solicite cancelación el día 25 de junio. Se va a pasar el periodo de solicitar reembolso.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I was able to contact an agent and proceeded with cancellation on the 25th. I thought a refund was on the way but the bot keeps telling there is no refund request for my previous account . I have been trying to reach an agent for the last 3 days countless times but I keep receiving the same message of unavailable agents, try later.

 

how should I proceed to ask for a refund?
