REEMBOLSO INCOMPLETO

Olvide cancelar la prueba gratuita y se hizo el cobro. Para lo cual solicité el reembolso, me devolvieron el dinero incompleto a pesar de que no ha pasado ni siquiera una semana y está dentro de los 14 días que supuestamente estipulan. Quiero el reembolso completo por favor.

    otherwise, check your adobe account using the adobe id used to subscribe, https://account.adobe.com  

     

    does that show your subscription is active?  if so, use the same adobe id to contact support.
