Reembolso por cancelación

Quisiera saber en cuánto tiempo depositan el reembolso por cancelación de plan? Hice la cancelación el día posterior al cobró del plan y en las condiciones de cancelación dicen que en 5 días hábiles me reembolsarian, pero ya pasaron más de siete días y aún no recibo nada, ayuda por favor
