Reembolso por cobro de prueba gratuita

buenas, tengo una duda....... adquiri photoshop y me dieron la prueba de 7 dias...... y en el mensaje del correo me dijeron que no me cobraron nada, que recien el cobro se haria a partir del dia 27 (luego de los dias de prueba) pero verifique mi cuenta de banco y si me debitaron el dinero..... alguien tuvo este caso?

    ya verifique todo y esta en orden.... hasta en el correo decia que no cobraron nada..... pero si me debitaron el dinero de la cuenta
