Estavam sendo feitas várias tentativas de desconto do valor de algum plano do ADOBE ACROBAT no meu cartão, e eu não entendi o porquê.

Vim acessar e tentar tirar os dados do meu cartão da conta, e não consegui mesmo TENTANDO MUITO RETIRAR OS DADOS.

houve um momento que a pagina recarregou, e o valor foi descontado do meu banco.

Fui checar os dados aqui, e somente os dados do cartão estavam corretos. o meu nome estava algo do tipo "aosjdadahoajdoan", e afins, então essa cobrança não faz o menor sentido sendo que os dados estavam incongruentes.

 

Quero o valor de volta e não consigo pedir de forma alguma, não achei o CHATBOT nada interessante, não conseguiu me por em contato com um humano e não sei mais o que fazer. EM FIM, quero meu valor de volta pois estou ABSURDAMENTE INSTATISFEITO, e a compra foi feita ontem, e cancelei no mesmo dia.

 

não uso esse produto e não o quero.

Thanks for sharing your experience, @Alessandro_Fernandes5902. I can see that you have already cancelled your subscription on day 23. The term will end on May 19, 2025.
The refund can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within 14 days.

@Alessandro_Fernandes5902 curious to know...if you didn't need this product and don't use the product, then why are trying to pay for this in the first place?! 

Normally, you can log-into your adobe.com account. Click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner, clcik on manage, and cancel your plan.
