Question

Olá, gostaria de pedir o reembolso de uma valor debitado da minha conta de uma assinatura da qual não vou utilizar, ele foi descontado automaticamente hoje pela manhã as 5hrs da manhã.

Por favor me auxiliem, este valor era destinado a outras contas de casa e acredito que vocês possam acompanhar o meu uso dos pacotes e aplicativos, eu não utilizo o adobe ST para download de imagens mas contribuo para a biblioteca com imagens pois sou fotógrafo.

Gostaria de aproveitar e pedir a conferência de pagamentos feitos pelo Adobe ST para mim. Pois estes não chegam a minha conta. Por favor me ajudem 🤦🏾‍♂

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
