Hello, I recently canceled my Lightroom subscription (Lightroom plan with 1 TB storage), but I noticed that the service remains active until January 9, 2026 and I have not received any refund. I would kindly like to ask if I am eligible for a refund, since I no longer wish to use the subscription. Could you please check my account and confirm whether a refund can be issued? Thank you very much for your help.

if you cancelled within 2 weeks of your initial trial, you're eligible for a refund with an annual plan paid monthly.

details:  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

I would like to clarify that I did not cancel during a trial period. I was already a paying subscriber when I canceled. Specifically, I paid the invoice issued on December 7, and then canceled my subscription on December 10. Since I do not wish to use Adobe services in December, I kindly request a refund for this payment. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.

it doesn't sound like you're eligible for a refund.  read the linked info for more details.
