Refud for my auto debit

Good day.     I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,891.68 & ₱441.28 as the subscription of the app.      I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase.     I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends.     Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the  subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. Apple  won't allow me to refund that's why I am humbly asking ffor your consideration.     Attached below are proofs of payment and purchases. Please let me know if you need more proofs and information regarding this request.     Thank you for your understanding and time. I really hope to hear from you soon.

I am sorry for the difficulties you are encountering while managing your commitments to Adobe.

 

In addition to @kglad’s helpful response, please make sure you are logging in with the account you used to make your purchase. I don’t see any active subscriptions or recent transactions under the account you used to create this public discussion thread.

you must cancel your subscription within the refund period.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
