I started a free trial of Lightroom and canceled it on the day it was due to end. Despite canceling on time, I was charged €50. I would like a full refund, as the cancellation was made before the trial expired.

I’ve reviewed your account details and can confirm that you currently have an active annual prepaid plan for Adobe Lightroom Mobile.
Additionally, I see that there was a monthly Lightroom Mobile subscription on your account from August 17 to September 17, 2025.
Please note that Adobe offers a full refund only if a subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase, and a free trial can be used only once per account. Since the current annual plan is already active, canceling it may not make the account eligible for a refund.
