How do you request a refund on Adobe? I do not see any link to  request a refund on their website. I cancelled a Adobe Pro subscription before the trial period ends but was still charged several amounts despite not having any active paid subscription.

    Hi  FTF33

    I see that a refund was created yesterday and you will received it in your account within 7-10 business days.

    Let us know if there is anything else you are looking for.

    Thanks

    @Decoscky20

    you must cancel your subscription within the refund period.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    Hi Kanika, Thank you for your reply. I have indeed received refund of $7.99 debited from my PayPal account on Feb 16. Thank you.

    However, I was debited on the same day Feb 16 of two separate amounts from my debit card: $47.99 and $10.99. Debited by Adobe Sydney AUS. Could you please clarify if I should be expecting a refund of these amounts as well? KRGDS

    The Opera browser is not compatible with Adobe - and a refund will take up to 14 days
    To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
    -be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel
    Go here and check your account to determine your status https://account.adobe.com
    You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
    After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
