I originally opted for a free trial . Prior to the trial's expiration, I have attempted to cancel the subscription and its associated auto-pay mandate through your online portal, but I was unable to complete the cancellation process.and trying to contact anyone in person in your office is impossible. 

This charge was completely accidental and unauthorized due to my failed attempts to cancel 

The details of the transaction are as follows:

Please immediately cancel my current subscription and process a full refund of $182.04  back to the original payment method.

I look forward to your prompt confirmation of the plan cancellation and refund.
