I talked to an agent two days ago, about my refund! Until now, its still not yet processed!

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html for information on how to self-cancel your commitment to Adobe. You will want to complete the process soon if you want to receive a refund.

    I have already cancelled all my plans, pls process my refund now
