Dear Support Team,

I subscribed to a trial plan and canceled it within the trial period. However, I was surprised to see that I was still charged for a monthly subscription despite canceling on time.

As soon as I received the notification on my card, I immediately canceled the plan again through the “Manage Plan” section. Given that I had already completed the cancellation during the trial period and received confirmation of that cancellation, this charge is unexpected and not acceptable.

I kindly request a full refund of the subscription fee charged to my account.

    Hi Shiva,

     

    this happened to me too. I cancelled my annual subscription on the final day and I was yet again charged the monthly subscription plus a cancellation fee when I cancelled at the end of my annual subscription. I would like a refund please! Thanks, Carlton

    Thanks for your patience. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active annual subscription to CC Pro since 5+ months. Early termination fee is charged when the subscription is cancelled before term end. You can refer to this article for more details:

    Adobe offers a full refund if a subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. I can confirm that your refund was initiated today after you canceled your plan. Please note that it typically takes 12–14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
