Dear Support Team,
I subscribed to a trial plan and canceled it within the trial period. However, I was surprised to see that I was still charged for a monthly subscription despite canceling on time.
As soon as I received the notification on my card, I immediately canceled the plan again through the “Manage Plan” section. Given that I had already completed the cancellation during the trial period and received confirmation of that cancellation, this charge is unexpected and not acceptable.
I kindly request a full refund of the subscription fee charged to my account.
