I want a refund.
My free trial converted to a paid subscription on the invoice date of November 26th. The payment failed on this date due to insufficient funds in my account.
Today, 10th November, the payment was finally processed and withdrawn from my account. I immediately saw the charge and canceled the subscription immediately through my account, as I no longer require the paid service.
I understand that the official 14-day refund window is calculated from the initial invoice date of November 26th. However, because the payment was only successfully processed and withdrawn today, and I canceled the service as soon as the funds were removed, I believe this is a valid case for a full refund as a goodwill gesture.
I have not used the paid subscription at all since the trial ended on November 26th.
Please review the timeline of the delayed payment withdrawal and my immediate cancellation. I request a full refund for this charge.
