I canceled my membership on November 28, 2025. I haven't received a refund yet. What should I do?

    Hi, I took a trial, and forgot to cancel the subscription,  I did today, but I wonder why I was taken 2 amounts from my account, for the same product?

    Hi @anca_5158,

    I reviewed your account details and found that you cancelled the subscription for Adobe Stock and a refund has been initiated. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.

    Having said this, I would like to let you know that your annual subscription for Creative Cloud Pro is still active. If you do not intend to use it, please cancel it within next 4 days to avail the refund.

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with this community. A refund was initiated and completed. You must have received an email today itself.
