Hi, I took a trial, and forgot to cancel the subscription, I did today, but I wonder why I was taken 2 amounts from my account, for the same product?

I reviewed your account details and found that you cancelled the subscription for Adobe Stock and a refund has been initiated. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.
Having said this, I would like to let you know that your annual subscription for Creative Cloud Pro is still active. If you do not intend to use it, please cancel it within next 4 days to avail the refund.
