I started a free trial but I forgot t cancel before the auto-charge. I was charged today via Gcash. I was charged after my trial. I cancelled immediately. I want a refund since I’m still within 14 days. I already cancelled the plan. How to refund?

I already cancelled the plans and I tried to contact the Adobe facebook page and they said that refunds typically take 6 to 8 business days to process, depending on the banking institution. So, this means that the refund will automatically appear in my GCash account in 6–8 business days?
