After I have cancelled my subscription, how can I refund my annual subscription? I didn't notice that it will automatically refunded to my bank. Please I need my money back!

You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund

But It says that I have 7 free days trials and it automatically deducted to the annual subscription. I didn't even get to use the 7 days free trials.

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?

if all your plans are cancelled within the refund period, it will take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your side.
