Refund

Question

i subscribed to the 7-day free trial for creative cloud pro, but was instead charged afterwards. i immediately cancelled the subscription and then after that, i received a cancellation confirmation email, but no refund was mentioned.
I also checked my bank account and there is no refund yet.
please help

Hi @easygoing_Sunshine4045,I reviewed your account details and found that Adobe has initiated a refund today after you cancelled the plan. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.I would advise you to wait for this time duration. I hope it helps.^Shivangi
