Hi, please help! How can I get a refund. I canceled the subscription today and still got charged, invoice is dated today as well. I do not need the product/service!

and check your account to make sure you cancelled everything you wanted to cancel, https://account.adobe.com

Allow 10-15 business days for refunds to be credited to your bank statement.

Did you get an email confirmation that you cancelled?

Check your spam folder.

Refunds get credited to your bank or credit card account within 10-15 business days.

I did receive a cancellation email, however it says I will have the subscription until end of this month. I no longer need it.

Will the refund be automatic?

Or should I submit something else to get it processed.

refunds are automatic (if you qualify) and take up to 14 days.  did you check your account?
