Hi, please help! How can I get a refund. I canceled the subscription today and still got charged, invoice is dated today as well. I do not need the product/service!

Did you get an email confirmation that you cancelled?

Check your spam folder.

Refunds get credited to your bank or credit card account within 10-15 business days.

you will get a refund if you cancelled during your trial period. here are the cancellation terms; select your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html 

 

and check your account to make sure you cancelled everything you wanted to cancel, https://account.adobe.com
