Hello Adobe Team,

I am writing to request a refund for my recently cancelled Creative Cloud subscription.

I cancelled my plan within the 14-day refund window and would like to request a full refund of the charge made to my account. I have been unable to reach support through the contact page or via email, so I am posting here hoping a Community Manager can assist or escalate this to the billing team.

Details:
- Plan: Adobe Creative Cloud
- Account email: <Removed by Moderator>
- Cancellation date: May 26, 2026
- Charge date: May 27, 2026
- Amount charged: 3,659.04 Philippine pesos

Please advise on next steps. Thank you.

    I am sorry you did not find more value in our services. This commonly occurs if you end the process during the discussion about any fees or charges that could be applied, ​@dtomale.

    and the relevant dates are the trial start date and cancellation date.

     

    meanwhile, check your account ( https://account.adobe.com ) to confirm everything you want cancelled is cancelled.
