I started the 7-day InDesign trial for a university project. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before the trial ended and I was charged today. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately. It has been 7 days since i started the free trial and today i got charged and cancelled it.

 

I have not intended to continue the subscription and would like to kindly request a refund for today's charge but i don't know how to request it.

I would really appreciate your help.

    I can confirm you canceled your subscription today. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days, as  ​@Manan Joshi suggested.

    meanwhile, check your account https://account.adobe.com to confirm everything you wanted cancelled, is cancelled.

    Refunds are automatic and reflect in the bank statement in around 2 weeks. For details on refund eligibility check out the following article
