Hello Adobe. I would like to get a refund. I was charged for 35.99 euros today on my card. I've used adobe once on a free trial for university and then canceled. I have no idea why is my card being charged now. I can't even see the transaction on my account here with todays date.

    it says adobe acrobat pro. i think ive used it only once last year for university and then that's it. With the free trial and all and now i got charged. I tried canceling that plan but i didn't find an option like that, it just wanted me to change my payment method and that's it.

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
