Please refund last two payments, i have contacted many times without any response and was still charged, i have not used the product at all

    Hi ​@Stellar_care98A1 you need to cancel the subscription first. Refunds are applicable only when the cancellation is done within the first 14 days of subscription. Since you seem to have already been charged twice, I don’t think you qualify for refund. Contact Adobe Support to discuss your options.
