I subscribed too adobe 7 day free trial , after useing it for few hours I didnt like , I cancelled my free trial on the same day I signed up.

I even got a email confirmation that my account is canceled and I won't be charged.  After seeing this email I was like yup its all cancelled nothing to worry about. Until I was charged for a subscription that was canceled.

I even have the confirmation email with me I don't know who too reach out its very werid they don't have a proper support system.

    Hi @alizena259,

Thanks for your patience while I reviewed your account.

I can see that you currently have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro along with AI Assistant, which has been running for over a month. Additionally, there was another subscription purchased in June that has already been cancelled successfully.

The extra charge you’re seeing is due to a duplicate subscription for the same product.

To review and manage your subscriptions, I recommend checking your account under:
    Account > Plans & Payments at account.adobe.com

Since your active plan is billed monthly, you can cancel it at any time. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and won’t renew further.
