Hello. I recently discovered that I had two Adobe subscriptions. I had already canceled one of them and believed my subscription was fully canceled. I continued to be charged monthly without realizing another plan was still active. I have now canceled all plans. Because this was an honest misunderstanding and I have already paid several months, I kindly request that you waive the early cancellation fee and review my account for any possible refund.
