Hi there, 

I found out today that I was still being charged for adobe, I cancelled my subscription and was wondering how to request a refund for the monthly payment. 
 

I can’t seem to find any support on the page, maybe I’m simply looking in the wrong spots. Anyways could anyone please let me know how to get the refund!! Please and thank you.

A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel

does it show any subscriptions?

Not anymore no, I cancelled it. But I did have the subscription still running without my knowledge. Which is my mistake. 
However, do you think because my account wasn’t active in use, a refund would be eligible?

usage isn’t a factor with subscriptions any more than it is with leased cars or apartments.
