I have been trying to cancel my free trial subscription but I couldn't despite the fact that I was unable to use it and I was debited today. Please I need help because the money is for my school stuff, I'd really appreciate it the admin can put me through the refund process. Thank you so much on advance.

    use a mobile phone’s update (non-opera) browser with wifi disabled to cancel.
