Refund

HelloMy creative cloud prepaid annual subscription renewed and billed today and i cancelled the plan today, do i get a refund automatically because the invoice disappeared on my orders/bills section. How do i request for a refund?

refunds are automatic, if you qualify but you don’t qualify. ie, you should contact adobe support and make your case. you’ll need to use social media to contact them.
