Hi,

I subscribe for free trial but i accidentally forgot to cancel it before it gets charge. Now i was charge with 2 subscription, i would like to get full

refund for both since its still within 14 days period. Hope you can help me.

I have already initiated the cancelation but not sure how long refund will be credited.
