Refund

Hello, I’m asking about a refund for my “free” trail Subscription to Adobe Lightroom. I purchased a trial and then a few days after I purchase the trial. I got charged and nowhere. When I purchased the trial week didn’t say that I would get charged for that and so I tried to put in a refund request a few months ago and they said that they couldn’t process it until it went through to my bank account, but it did go through to my bank account and I have been charged. So I’m still waiting for that refund that I never got it.
