Refund

Question

I signed up for what was shown as a free trial, but my payment method was charged. I cancelled the subscription immediately. I did not intend to purchase a paid subscription. Please review the charge and issue a refund.

I've filled the acrobat cancellation form. Kindly look into it, and do the necessary as soon as possible.

Refunds are automatic once the cancellation is made within 14 days of initial purchase. Be sure all is cancelled. Check it at https://account.adobe.com/plans

If you are eligible the refund would appear in your bank in around 2 weeks

make sure you don’t have/had both acrobat and ai for acrobat. they would both need to be cancelled.
