Refund

Hello, I just got a notification for a charge for Adobe After Effects. I am not using the product at this time and would like a refund. This has all occured within the last 10 minutes. I ensured the subscription has been canceled, I just want verification that I have been refunded. Thank you.

    I’m sorry this charge caught you by surprise. I understand how disappointing it can be to receive a charge for After Effects when you’re no longer using the product, particularly when you canceled the subscription immediately after noticing it.


    I can confirm that your After Effects subscription, which began December 30, 2022, has now been canceled. Since this was an annual plan paid monthly, the subscription was subject to Adobe’s annual commitment terms. When an annual plan paid monthly is canceled after the first 14 days, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract balance may apply.
