Hi. I bought the free trial of Adobe Acrobat last October 23, 2026. I immediately cancelled it after knowing that I wasn't going to use it that much. But my mistake was I only cancelled the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus and not the Adobe Acrobat. So yesterday, November 1, 2026 I got charged by adobe and after learning about it, I immediately cancelled the Adobe Acrobat. My question is can I still get the refund after that since I immediately cancelled it as soon as it got charged on the same day?

​@gifted_visionarya18eThe 14 days only applies to an initial purchase, not to a renewal.Try contacting Adobe Customer Care, as they are the only ones who can assist with billing.
