I canceled my subscription within 14 days, starting August 1, when will I get a refund for my subscription?

Correct answer ShivangiGupta

Hi @XanderWeideman,

I confirm that a refund has been initiated today. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.

We appreciate your patience.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi @dimeji_saheed_6512,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account details and found that you subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Pro in April 2025 and again in May 2025.
The trial can only be used once.

This is the reason you have been charged here.

I hope it helps.

I am a long time customer of Adobe (since the 80s). I meant to cancel and renew next month when I had the money; I always call for a discount. I had noted the incorrect date on my budget and was charged the full amount of $641.87 on the 15th. I immediately called for a refund - on the 15th. I had to really stay on Adobe to refund the money. After many chats and multiple phone calls they finally sent it to my bank on the 20th - but it was for some reason - according to my bank - PENDING from Adobe. Turns out my bank had the refund on the 20th - but it wasn't processed yet by Adobe. Whatever that means.

Long story but my bank was kind enough to issue a provisional credit to my account so I could stop getting charged for NSF fees. At that point - my bank took over and apparently got the money from Adobe because my bank account now has an additional $641.87 that I am being extremely careful not to spend.

If not for my bank helping me out - I would still be out of food for the family and the pets. Throughout this process I literally had to borrow money twice for food and gas. This whole situation has been a real stressor for sure.

Please everyone know - you need to cancel your subscription if you don't want it. There is absolutely NO WAY to edit or stop an auto pay with Adobe and it could take a while to get your money back. I don't know about you but for me $641.87 is a WHOLE LOT OF MONEY.

You probably need to call your bank and beg for help (if you're dependent on that money). I would not hope for the money any sooner that a week - could be more. Sorry to not have better news for you.

Good Luck.

Hi there,

I see you had an Adobe subscription under the same ID as with forums. The subscription was cancelled and the a refund has also been issued. Kindly check with your bank for the same if you have not received it .

Thanks

It takes up to 15 days to process the refund and have it credited to your card. (Adobe says 5-7 work days)

Yes do not believe them. It has been months for mine and unless I followed up I would imagine it would not occur.
