Does anyone know if I can get a refund from Adobe or have any contact info you can give me? I paid for it today and went to use it specifically so I could split my files and it did not work. I cancelled the plan about 30 minutes after I bought it, also did not even get my files split. I just would like some contact information so I could ask for a refund.

Did you purchase Acrobat Pro DC?  Are you attempting to Split a PDF file?

How to split a PDF file:


  1. Open the PDF in Acrobat DC.

  2. Choose “Organize Pages” > “Split.”

  3. Choose how you want to split a single file or multiple files.

  4. Name and save: Click “Output Options” to decide where to save, what to name, and how to split your file.

  5. Split your PDF: Click “OK” and then “Split” to finish. You can use additional PDF tools to extract pages or delete pages.

  6. Save as new file:
    Name your new PDF file and click the “Save” button. That’s it.
