Refund

Ask your family if anyone used your credit card to order an Adobe plan.  If you're certain you or a family member didn't order, contact your bank/credit card company immediately,  They will ask you to sign some legal papers before they close the card to charges and contact local law enforcement to begin a fraud investigation. 

If you did order and forgot to cancel, you will need to work that out with Adobe.  Normally, refunds are not possible after the first 14 days of service.
