refund

Question

Hello, I bought a year prenumeration with all softwares. I have not used the software very much so i do not need one more year. I was pretty sure i did cancel the auto renual but now it pulled the amout for a full year again.  The renewal date was 21st of october and i canceled the plan now again. Will i get an automatic refund? If not, how do i get in contact with adobe to do it? I live in Sweden. Thank you
