Hello

I’ve been hacked and someone used my credit card and app store to buy adobe's subscription. I did cancelled the subscription on the app store. According to terms and conditions, supposedly I'd receive my money back soon as I cancelled 14 days after the purchase. 
is that true? When I'll receive my money? Do i have to do something else??

I tried to contact them several times, through your link and their website
and it’s impossible. They always send me to another or another link but
can't contact them personally. I just want an agent😭
