Hello

My billing ref is 

B-4W9050231B3258640

 
I have been auto charged for Adobe package annual renewal but i have no further use for this product as I've lost my business. I really need this money refunded as i am already in a bad place financially. please help.

renewals are automatic.  ideally you would have canceled after your last payment so your subscription would have ended at the one year mark.

 

at this point, (because no one here can alter your subscription), make your case to adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
