hi can anyone help, I signed into adobe for a free trial I cancelled on the 12th day, two days before the expiry. I did this via the website got a message it had been cancelled. Adobe on the expiry of the free trial took £19.97 from my account. I have contacted adobe on several occasions & they are telling me because I cancelled through the website it did not register yet I got a message to say cancelled. Have been on line on the chat various times and they just keep saying the same. I think this is morally wrong. Can anyone advise how to get my refund please. Thank you

did you update your support ticket to supply to email confirming you canceled?  https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
