Hi, I tried the free trial for 7 days but I didn't like the app, i was gonna unsubscribe but I forgot but as soon as i saw it charged me for a year, i unsubscribed to it. I want a refund for this as i dont wanna be charged for something that i dont wanna use ever.

    If you are still in the 14 day window after the start of the paid subscription, refund will be automatic. Check at https://account.adobe.com/plans, if you really cancelled the plan. You will also get a confirmation of the cancel by e-mail.

    Hi,

    thanks for replying. I did cancel the plan right after the 7 day trial, so yeah i am still under 14 day window. I still haven't received any email though but i did cancel the plan. Or maybe it takes time?

    and note, if you failed to cancel your subscription by the 14th day, you're not owed a refund.

    it does take time to receive the refund, but you should confirm it's being processed:
