Hi, I was charged with 38 euros in the name of Adobe Systems Software, from the number 044-207-3650, while I have no subscription. What can we do? How can I get a refund?

Hi Kanika,

thank you for your answer, it was from another account yes. It was a free trial period which I couldn't cancel in time because I couldn't access the account. It wasn't clear to me that after that it was automatically switched to annual subscription and that you can't cancel only in return for a penalty. We have a 1,5 year old baby, and this monthly fee does not fit into our expenses for a year. Is there a way to cancel the subscription? Thank you in advance, Greta

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
