Refund

Hello! I cancelled the subscription on the 7th day, and was still charged for a year subscription and I don't have access to premium either. I would prefer to have a refund rather then preimum access.

If you have cancelled during the first 14 days of your subscription (cancellation gets confirmed by e-mail!) you will get refunded automatically. If the cancel did not work (no e-mail), contact Adobe customer care. 

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
