Refund

Question

I have a question about cancelling a month to month subscription. I only tried to use photoshop and was only able to cancel my membership on the 7th day. I see that a payment just went through for a whole month. Is there any way that I can get a refund? I originally understood that after 7 days I will have to pay for a monthly membership.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
