I was using the 14-day free plan for Adobe Premiere. I deposited 800 Turkish liras to my card linked to my Adobe account for a personal business. This money was automatically withdrawn from my bank account. Then I canceled my plan and asked for my money to be deposited into my bank account, but I did not receive my money.

if you cancelled (https://account.adobe.com) and that's what your account shows, does it show your refund is pending?
